Sony just unveiled Housemarque’s new shooter: Returnal, coming to PS5. Returnal is a third-person shooter with a roguelike element. The planet where it takes place is hostile to human life, and changes every time we die. This neat mechanic is shown off in today’s trailer. As with other PS5 games, Returnal takes advantage of 3D audio and haptic feedback. The console’s SSD allows for fast restarts after dying, too. Unfortunately, no official release date was provided today, but you can enjoy the trailer in full below.
