Apex Legends is celebrating Valentine’s day in the most appropriate fashion: by bringing back duos as part of what the game is calling the Valentines Day Rendezvous event. The event kicks off today.
The Valentine’s Day Rendezvous brings with it a few bonuses for the holiday, as detailed on the Apex Legends blog. The event includes:
A Valentines 2020 Badge, obtained when you log in during the event The return of Duos for a limited time A ‘Double Up’ XP boost: when you’re in a squad with a friend, you’ll earn double XP for up to 20,000 XP per day Plus special Valentines items: the returning “Through the Heart” Longbow DMR and the “Love of the Game” Banner from last year, plus two new ones - the “Lovestruck” and “Lovefinder” charms You can see some images of the special items for this event over on the Apex Legends blog.
