The Matrix and John Wick star Keanu Reeves has not only played Cyberpunk 2077 but he’s apparently also a fan. THQ Nordic announced today that Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning will be released for Nintendo Switch on March 16. Since its release, the critical and fan response to Spider-Man: Miles Morales has largely been positive. Even for a launch game, Miles Morales is fairly well polished… most of the time. If you don’t count the strange crash that occurs when you try to put the PS5 into Rest Mode with the game running (which could be a PS5 problem), there hasn’t really been any reports of major bugs. But that doesn’t preclude the existence of some of the other funnier glitches open world games sometimes have....

Nintendo just announced on today’s mini-Direct for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate that Min Min is the game’s new DLC character. She arrives on June 29 for $6 a la carte. Min Min is a guest from Arms, and director Masahiro Sakurai spent about 35 minutes going over plenty of gameplay details, and showing off her new stage, Spring Stadium. Every purchase will also come with most (18) of the music tracks from Arms....

The raytracing version of Minecraft is now officially out of beta. In a post on Nvidia’s blog, Andrew Burnes from the company’s tech marketing team wrote that this edition of Mojang’s blocky blockbuster was out for Windows 10 on the Microsoft Store. What’s more, two new RTX-supported worlds have come to Minecraft, bringing the total to 15. “You can play all ray tracing worlds and maps on Realms and servers with other gamers using cross-platform Minecraft Bedrock game clients – for example, Minecraft on Nintendo Switch – and everyone can collaborate, build and explore together,” Burnes wrote....

Today’s launch of Minecraft’s Steve and Alex in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate brought an… unexpected discovery. Just a few minutes after the add-on went live, players discovered a funny/unfortunate goof on one of Steve’s victory screens. As with all Super Smash Bros. characters, Steve has a few of those the game randomly picks when you play as him. As you can see in the video below, the least interesting pose just shows him standing up as the announcer shouts his name....

But what will this actually look like? Well, rather than a typical row of levels and unlocks, players will be faced with a multi-sector map. This map will be split into 20 sectors, with five items in each sector. When the pass goes live, you’ll be able to travel to a specific sector you’re interested, unlock the loot you want from it, before going out and picking another. The goal of this is clearly to allow for more freedom to players, and for what it’s worth it seems like it could benefit both free and paid players alike if handled correctly....

Alex Zedra, the actress behind Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s Mara, is herself a Twitch streamer that plays Warzone and other games. On Friday, Zedra took to Twitter to report two streamers for cheating, showing a pretty suspicious clip from one. IcyVixen, and BeardedBanger are the Twitch streamers in question, a couple in real-life who game together on Twitch. Zedra had hosted IcyVixen’s stream on her channel in the past, before she became aware of suspicious accuracy in her gameplay....
